TDK Management Services GmbH, Rosenheimer Strasse 116b, 81669 Munich, Germany (“TDK Management Services”) is committed to the protection of personal data and privacy rights. The TDK Management Services Privacy Policy consists of the Personal Data Protection Basic Policy and the Policy for the Handling of Personal Data on the TDK Management Services Website (“Privacy Policy”). This Personal Data Protection Basic Policy is part of TDK Management Services’ Privacy Policy and describes the general rules on how TDK Management Services process personal data.

TDK Management Services processes personal data in accordance with the following principles.

6. Retention Periods
